Introduction to Photoshop Toolbox

After opening photoshop you will get the toolbox in the left side of the screen. When you put the mouse cursor on a tool in the toolbox the name of the tool with shortcut in the bracket will be shown.

When you select a tool, options of the tool will be shown in the option bar.

We can select a tool by clicking on its icon in the tool box. Some icon contains a small triangle “” in the bottom right part of the tool icon. It means that tool has some hidden tools.
